Saddle up and Ride! Put on your red bandanna and rawhide chaps and join Suzanne and Jim for a 10-gallon hat full of cowboy music and poetry. Straight from the range you can hear the beans and bacon sizzling in the pan. You're gonna want to yodel right along with Suzanne and her cowboy sweetheart.
Your musical trail ride will take you down the path of story and song, portraying the lives of wrangler, ranch hand and settler with tried and true ballads, tongue twisting yodeling and comic cowboy poetry. You will hear such favorites of the Old West as "Red River Valley", "Buffalo Gals" and "Cowboy's Dream". |
Jim's clawhammer banjo playing has been featured on a recording "Home on the Range" (Wichita Eagle & Beacon Publishing Company, Wichita KS); and in Warner Brothers' made for TV mini-series "The Wild West".
Suzanne and Jim spent 3 winter seasons out west as entertainers at the ghost town of Fairbank for The San Pedro Southwestern Excursion Train of Benson, AZ. They have also been noted performers for the Cowboy Traditions Festival at Trail Dust Town in Tucson, AZ and at the world famous Calico Ghost Town Hullaballo in Yermo, CA. |
